If a paid report didn't help you — wrong country, unclear result, or simply not what you expected — email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms, no hoops.
Email kmg0662@gmail.com with the email/receipt from your purchase (receipts are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record). Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Because reports are instant digital goods, refunds requested after 14 days are handled case by case. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country, including EU/UK consumer rights handled through Paddle.
